About the intellectual and industrial property rights of 
LAMA BLANCO

All intellectual and industrial property rights of the www.lamablanco.org website and its content (including, without limit, texts, images, sound, audio, video, designs, creativity, software) belong to lama Blanco – el Ven. Lama Jamyang Tashi Dorje Rinpoché or, otherwise, to the PREVAIN FOUNDATION, or otherwise to third parties.

The user may visualise, print, copy and store all elements in the hard disk of their computer or any other physical unit provided they exclusively for personal and private use, and their use for commercial ends, exploitation, reproduction, distribution, transformation, public broadcast, commercialisation, cession or modification, alteration and decomposition is completely prohibited.

In particular, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32.1 of the Revised text of the law of Intellectual Property, Lama Blanco and the PREVAIN FOUNDATION expressly oppose the use of any of the contents/discussions/articles on this website in order to create press reports or press clippings, even where the source is quoted, without the prior authorisation of the same.

Lama Blanco and the PREVAIN FOUNDATION only authorise mentions of their content on other websites, where they consider them appropriate, and provided that they do not reproduce any of the content of lamablanco.org. Where hypertext links are used on any of the pages, the use should be aware that they are entering lamablanco.org and the URL address should appear on their browser.

lamablanco.org offers access to all kinds of information, services, programs and data on Internet which may belong to third parties, and in these cases neither lamablanco.org nor the PREVAIN FOUNDATION are responsible for the content thereof, or for the accuracy of the information which it has not been of its own production and that which indicates that it has come from a different source, nor shall it be held responsible for any claims against the quality, reliability, preciseness or correctness of the same or for any hypothetical damage which may arise from the use of the  said information. In particular, it rejects all responsibility for information container in the websites of third parties connected to the Lama Blanco website by links.

Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and services offered by Lama Blanco on its website and not to use them for illegal activities or for activities which are not in good faith or counterproductive to the use of Internet traffic, or contrary to legislation or the principles of the Buddhist faith, and will respond to the Prevain Foundation, lama Blanco or to the appropriate third parties for any damages or harm which may be caused as a result of their non-compliance. Neither the Prevain Foundation nor Lama Blanco shall be responsible for any loss, harm or damages which may arise as a result of access and use of the website, including, but not limited to, those occurring in the computer systems or losses resulting from the effects of computer virus and/or other computer attacks. Neither shall the Prevain Foundation or Lama Blanco be held responsible for any damage which may be suffered by users as a result of inadequate use of this website or in any way  as a result of power cuts, interruptions, absence or defects in the telecommunications services.

Lama Blanco and/or the Prevain Foundation reserve the right to carry out the modifications to the website they consider appropriate, without prior warning, and they may change, delete or add both the content and services they offer and the way in which these appear presented or positioned.

Lama Blanco and/or the Prevain Foundation reserve the right to follow up any non-compliance with the previous conditions as well as any inappropriate use of the content presented in its website, and to exercise all legal rights to take civil or criminal actions.
